Active Energy provides a simple and practical approach to building energy certification and Part L compliance for all types of building.

We provide energy assessment and calculation services for single dwellings, major developments and commercial projects. We also provide Energy Performance Certificates for new and existing homes and commercial properties along with Display Energy Certificates for public buildings.

We work with architects, self builders and developers to create energy efficient homes from design stage right through to completion. We also support property owners and agents to ensure compliance with the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive, which has far-reaching implications for all buildings in Europe (both dwellings and non-dwellings) and will play a vital role in delivering step-change in buildings-related energy efficiency in the future.

If your development is aiming for the Code for Sustainable Homes criteria we can provide initial advice, on going assessment and project management to help you achieve low or zero carbon buildings.
